Established in 1986, Thames & Newcastle is a Chartered Building Company with a focus on high end residential refurbishment and new build projects in the London area.

Our core business is based in London and specialises in high quality residential projects operating either as a traditional main contractor or as a specialist design and build contractor where, with our dedicated design team, we can take your project through from inception and feasibility to planning and completion onsite.

As approved contractors for many London Borough’s and public authorities we also undertake a range of healthcare, education and commercial projects for our public sector and corporate clients. Our typical project values run from £50,000 up to £2,000,000.
