Established in 1986, Thames & Newcastle is a main building contractor with over 30 years experience operating in London and the south east.
We operate as either a traditional main contractor, forming close links with your own design team, or as a specialist design and build contractor, where we can take your project through from inception and feasibility to planning and completion onsite.
Our objective is to maintain the traditional values of being a family oriented business, while striving to offer the professional approach that is required by our clients but usually the preserve of much larger organisations.
We have significant experience in the London residential market working with both specialist developers and private clients, including a number of VIP’s. However, as approved contractors for many public authorities we also undertake a range of healthcare, education and commercial projects for our public sector and corporate clients.
