Complex new build project on a constrained site that saw our team construct three homes on a disused council car park. Sustainability was at the core of the design, with the installation of a biodiverse living green roof, air source heat pump and mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.

For the external fabric, a 200mm autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block wall was installed together with external wall insulation and a polymeric render finish to deliver a U-value exceeding the minimum requirement.
