Keith Leask
Founder
Keith is one of the original founders of Thames & Newcastle, starting the business in 1986. His background is in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering serving his apprenticeship at the well known C.A. Parsons in the North East working on turbine generator sets for Nuclear power stations before going on to work for several other long established engineering companies including Smiths Meters, Sperry Univac, Johnson Controls, etc.
Outside of work Keith is a keen musician and plays the drums many weekends for a jazz and blues band. He also enjoys motor racing and sailing and recently completed the RYA Day Skipper course.

Stanley Leask MCIOB
Commercial Director
Stanley joined the business in 1997 and worked in various roles both onsite and offsite while studying for a degree in quantity surveying. After leaving to gain experience with a large main contractor, he returned to T&N in 2007 as a managing surveyor and two years later, became a 50-50 partner.
As our commercial director, Stanley oversees the estimating and tendering of projects and is responsible for securing new business, including managing leads, negotiating contracts and marketing. He’s been a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB) since 2007.
Outside of work, Stanley enjoys spending time with his two daughters, travelling in the UK and abroad, wine tasting as well as going to the gym and cycling. He is also a keen Formula 1 and motor racing fan.

Daniel Ford MCIOB
Construction Director
Daniel joined T&N as construction director in 2013 bringing a wealth of experience in new build, refurbishment and fit-out. His career has seen him work for some of the UK’s largest main contractors, including Balfour Beatty and Kier Group. His experience also includes the delivery of multi-million-pound hotel schemes in the Caribbean.
At T&N, Daniel oversees all our projects and is involved in activities ranging from site supervision and quality monitoring through to designing waterproofing for our basement jobs.
A member of the Association of Project Managers (MAPM), Daniel has an advanced GNVQ in Engineering and an HNC in Construction Management. He is also a Certificated Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW) and member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with his growing family and enjoys watching rugby, Formula 1 and MotoGP.

Natalie Allen
Aftercare Services & Maintenance Manager
Natalie joined T&N in 2015 to head up our property management and aftercare services division. With a background in relocation services for businesses and high-net-worth individuals, she has extensive property management experience.
Natalie has a degree in English & Spanish from Royal Holloway University and is working towards becoming MCIOB accredited.
Providing a single point of contact, Natalie manages all our clients’ maintenance packages, organising servicing visits, co-ordinating specialist tradespeople, and responding to any queries.
Natalie enjoys keeping fit, playing the piano, reading and socialising.

After achieving a Carpentry & Joinery NVQ Level 3 qualification with distinction, Daniel honed his skills working with traditional joinery companies and shopfitters. He now heads up T&N’s in-house joinery team ensuring production activities are delivered on time and to specification.
As well as supervising the workshop and overseeing job tracking, Daniel frequently conducts on-site surveys, measures for bespoke joinery, and creates digital drawings for clients and the workshop team.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys going to the gym, motorcycling, swimming, and travelling. He is also a qualified lifeguard.

Geri Kirilova
Office Manager
Geri has worked at T&N since 2014, playing a key role in organising our team. With a strong background in construction administration as well as contracting and recruitment, her diverse skills set keeps our office running smoothly. Geri holds a BA in English Language, with a focus on European and American literature, and is also a qualified English Language teacher.
Outside of work, Geri has a passion for all things creative. A cross-stitch enthusiast, she also enjoys exploring new places and losing herself in a good book.
