Renovation of a Maida Vale garden flat within a Grade II listed villa, including a full refurbishment with bespoke joinery from our in-house team and restoration of period detailing. The project also involved internal reconfiguration, stabilisation of the building envelope, re-rendering, and the installation of new windows, doors and extensive paving.
