Requirement

Thames & Newcastle’s completed the refurbishment and extension of this mews house near Holland Park. The works comprised removal of the existing roof structure, complete renewal to create a new layout and general internal refurbishment, with new M&E services and joinery throughout.

This project won ‘Best Residential Conversion of Alteration to an Existing Home’ in the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2021.
