Requirement

Thames & Newcastle were appointed on a Design & Build basis for the demolition of an existing garage block and construction of 6 new build houses in the heart of Lambeth for The Walcot Foundation, a charitable foundation that aims to relieve poverty in Lambeth by using the proceeds generated by the Walcot Estate’s local property holdings.

The scheme consisted of a development of 5 ‘mews houses’ with basements and 1 detached ‘garden house’.
